Naghiyev is the CEO of Chrysales, a sales consultancy that helps B2B companies win clients without relying on ads.[2] Chrysales trains sales reps to run discovery calls, handle objections and close deals, and helps companies hire and onboard setters and closers.[2] Its coaching comes as 1:1 coaching, group coaching or a two-day intensive bootcamp.[2] The company name joins the words "chrysalis" and "sales".[2] The Chrysales site describes Naghiyev as a TEDx speaker and the author of Systemised Growth.[2]
