About High Performance Notary

The courses include an apostille course built with Judi Lawrence, loan signing training, reverse mortgages with Nina Penny and Google Business Profile with Jim Allen.[1] Members also get the Prosperity Hub, marketing plans for specialty notary work, the High Performance Notary Action Plan, and the Daily Do's, a daily routine for applying the courses.[1] The Sign & Thrive course is available only inside this community, and one of its phases prepares members to become a Notary Signing Agent through the NNA.[3]

Soroka also coaches notaries to move from generalist to specialist work, focusing on one specialty for 90 to 120 days.[2] The Notary Coach website offers a free 157-page guide for notary entrepreneurs and a six-course fingerprinting bundle made with SecureBiometrics.[2][4]

Full access requires upgrading to VIP after joining, and members can start with a free 7-day trial and cancel at any time from their Skool account.[1][3] Sign & Thrive does not award a formal credential.[3]
