About Dispatch Trucks Academy

The course covers booking loads, carrier communication, compliance and scaling, and every lesson is taught inside the dispatch software rather than on slides.[1] It is pitched at newcomers and at people who already dispatch.[1] Members get the Uplevel Dispatching Course, a group of dispatchers, carriers and brokers, a weekly live Q&A with Kamal and a library of recorded coaching calls.[1] The membership also includes 30 days of free load board access, and existing users of the DMS are already members.[1]

Dispatch Trucks calls the DMS AI-native software for independent dispatch agencies, one that turns rate confirmations into loads and finds carriers who have just received their authority.[3][4] Its features include a connected Gmail inbox that converts broker emails into loads, a dispatch board with load profitability and back-office tools, carrier self-onboarding and driver proof-of-delivery intake by text.[4] Dispatchers can run multiple carriers from one screen, and the software includes an AI assistant named Rucon AI.[4] The company says the product was built by dispatchers for dispatch agencies, and its YouTube channel covers freight dispatching and starting a dispatch business.[2][4]
