About The Neurodivergent

Its approach rests on understanding how each member's brain works, with an emphasis on compassion and rest.[1] Members celebrate wins, work through what the group calls the messy middle and redesign their systems to suit themselves.[1] All members get a Neuro-Profile mini quiz and a community coffee session, while premium members also get workshops, body doubling and further resources.[1]

Ashby draws on a background as an occupational therapist, and Ashby's own site describes nervous system informed, neuro-affirming coaching that helps ADHD, AuDHD and other neurodivergent people understand how they operate.[2] Clients do not need a formal ADHD or autism diagnosis to work with Ashby.[2] The site also explains the Neuro-Profile, offers a workbook with three strategies for neurodivergent burnout and runs a blog called Before the Burnout.[2] Because Ashby is an AHPRA registered occupational therapist, the site states that it cannot share direct testimonials or specific outcomes from the programs.[2]
