About Flow Collective

Members are offered support toward their highest and hardest goals and a network of business leaders to help build and scale mission-driven businesses.[1]

Flow Research Collective was established in 2018, and its site now presents it as a research and development nonprofit, with 501(c)(3) status pending, whose research covers the neurobiology behind neurological disorders, mental health and human performance.[2] The site directs people looking for individual flow or peak performance training to Steven Kotler's personal website.[2] It also offers corporate educational workshops on goal architecture, stress regulation, time reclamation, motivation engineering, burnout recovery and organizational alignment.[2] Kotler founded the Flow Research Collective and serves as its executive director, and his own site calls it a research and training organization for performance neuroscience.[3][4] Rian Doris is listed as co-founder emeritus, and Chase Prado Adams is managing director.[4]

Kotler is a New York Times bestselling author and holds a Distinguished Research Fellow post at Florida Atlantic University's Center for Complex Systems and Brain Sciences.[3] His books include The Rise of Superman, Stealing Fire and The Art of Impossible, and he hosts Flow Radio, a science podcast about flow.[3]
