About Monadnock Natural Health

Joining gives access to a training for women who have tried GLP-1 medication but feel exhausted and foggy.[1] The training looks at fatigue, brain fog, sleep, inflammation, weight, energy and hot flashes, and at the place of GLP-1 medication, HRT, diets and supplements.[1] The listing presents it as a natural approach that does not rely on dieting or endless supplements.[1]
