About The Basketball Huddle

Members follow a workout plan based on what the group calls Game-Like Training, use the Film Study Library to build their basketball IQ, and work through the Confidence Masterclass.[1] In the community, players put questions, deepen their understanding of the game and meet others their own age.[1]

Hallman's YouTube channel states a mission to help young players improve and avoid the mistakes Hallman made, and it directs viewers to the community.[2] The channel cites Hallman's own playing record, including a team MVP award and two First Team All Conference honours.[2] Hallman's website separately sells personalised online coaching, written for parents, in which a player gets a full workout and development plan and interactive calls that review games and training, fix mistakes and work on confidence.[3] The site says the coaching is not for casual players.[3]

The coaching comes with an offer of free further coaching for players who fully follow the program and do not see clear improvement.[3] To count as fully following it, a player must attend every scheduled call, finish no less than 85% of the workouts set, send in each weekly progress check-in and supply honest footage of training and games on request.[3]
