Genie-yus AI offers AI consulting and advisory, tech, data and automation services, and training and workshops.[2] Its training strands cover AI for entrepreneurs, for teams and organisations, and for prompt engineering, with custom sessions for corporates and institutions, alongside advisory work on AI policy, internal usage frameworks and ethical AI guidelines.[3] The operator's personal website lists Chuma Memela's roles as AI skills trainer, startup coach, entrepreneurship mentor and speaker, working with entrepreneurs, small businesses, institutions and organisations.[4] Memela's training topics include AI literacy, prompt engineering, digital productivity, business writing, content creation and responsible use of AI tools, delivered as workshops, multi-session programmes, train-the-trainer courses and AI adoption advisory sessions.[4][5]
