Fretboard Freedom is a Skool community where guitarists work on comping and improvising over jazz standards.[1] Each month the group takes up one standard and uses it to study the melody and the form, build chord vocabulary and practise improvisation.[1] Members get weekly assignments, live jazz guitar workshops and a community of other jazz guitar players, along with a set of jazz guitar resources.[1] The about text is signed by Gary, a professional guitarist.[1] The Skool group was created in June 2024.[1]
