About From Heartbreak to Whole

The resources include a 7-Day Heartbreak Recovery Challenge, two hypnosis resources titled Emergency Breakup Recovery Hypnosis and Trauma Bond Recovery Hypnosis, and a Heartbreak Recovery eBook with step-by-step guidance on processing emotions.[1] Members can ask questions and share experiences in the community with support from the group's host, and new free resources are added regularly.[1]

A free recovery community also appears on the site of Chris Goode, a relationship hypnotherapist who works with people healing from heartbreak and painful relationships, including the effects of narcissistic abuse.[2] Goode's paid Breakup Recovery program uses focused hypnotherapy and a tailored process, and a free clarity call is offered as a first step.[2]
