About Formless Flow

Members get a personal call, weekly group calls and community support.[1] The Formless Flow website is written by Austin Kory, who works with clients worldwide in virtual sessions held on Zoom.[2] The site calls the work a whole-system coaching approach rather than another isolated treatment, says new clients begin with a three-question assessment, and states that Kory does not accept insurance.[2]

Kory also sends an occasional newsletter on the factors that shape pain, movement and bodily experience.[2] The operator's YouTube channel describes the method as breathwork and nervous-system work.[3]

The site states that its client workspace holds educational coaching material and is not for urgent concerns, crisis support or use as a medical record.[2]
