About The Football Fuel Community

The Football Nutritionist teaches a method it calls the Fuel Smart. Play Hard. Framework, which deals with food choices, meal timing, and fuelling that fits around training, school days, travel and matchdays.[2] The business serves parents whose children play youth football between the ages of 8 and 18.[3] Its other offers include fuelling templates, snack suggestions and matchday guides, meal plans tailored to one child's performance, one-to-one coaching for parents each week, and the Football Fuel Course for Coaches, which takes coaches and parents through the material step by step.[2][4] Evans also holds webinars online and face-to-face sessions aimed at coaches, parents and players.[2]

The Football Nutritionist's YouTube channel deals with macronutrients and micronutrients, recovery, when to eat and how to fuel for games, and looks closely at the diets, habits and careers of professional players.[5] A companion podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and other streaming platforms.[5] Evans's site says his work has covered players at every level from grassroots up to the FIFA U20 World Cup, the English Championship and the A-League.[4]
