About Florida Exam Prep

In video lessons, the course goes through each chapter of the Contractor's Manual and the Builder's Guide to Accounting as well as the main AIA documents, and it adds over 1,000 practice questions and 10 or more quizzes built to mirror how the exam is set out.[1] Members are also part of a group of people studying for the same exam, and a single payment buys a year of access.[1]

Florida Exam Prep also offers a Contract Administration and Project Management course for people who have already passed Business and Finance, a General Building and Residential Contractor course, exam-style test simulators and a free Business and Finance group chat.[2] As of September 2026, Business and Finance tabs cost $59.99, a set of more than 23 Business and Finance quizzes cost $49, and one-on-one tutoring with Cruz cost $99 an hour.[2] Vinci's YouTube channel covers Florida contractor exams, business growth, licensing requirements, application tips and construction industry insights.[3]
