On the website, the month-to-month plan can be cancelled at any time and covers a credit report audit, disputes of negative, inaccurate or outdated items, monthly challenge letters to creditors and bureaus, inquiry removal attempts and a personal credit-building strategy.^[2] The site also sells an expedited program and a ChexSystems removal service aimed at negative banking history that blocks opening a checking account.^[2]

The website states that a credit repair company cannot legally guarantee specific results, and it says credit repair takes 6 to 12 months.^[2] It also says there are no refunds and that consultations are optional.^[2]
