The group's website, ParksWS.com, offers business loans, lines of credit and other financing, including term loans, working capital advances, equipment leasing and SBA loans, arranged through several lending partners.[2] Its FAQ explains that its advance is technically not a loan: it buys a share of a business's future sales, pays that money upfront and is repaid from those sales.[3] To apply, a business needs at least six months of trading, plus bank statements, a driver's license, a lease agreement and a voided business check.[3]
