About Choose Your Best Academy

The founder, Rachel, teaches from her own experience of building a team and operations.[1] In the group, she helps members stop putting out fires and operate from clarity, audit their time and reclaim lost hours, and connect with other women founders.[1] The listing also covers getting the business out of the founder's head, protecting its reputation and giving the team real ownership.[1] The owner bio describes the aim as helping trades women business owners delegate effectively as heart-led leaders.[1]

A promotional newswire release says the founder, named there as Ms. Sutton, launched Choose Your Best in 2025 and aims to expand the academy internationally, inviting women across the globe to take part in her classes.[2]
