About Pain-Free Performance

The free Standard tier offers weekly articles, discussion boards and time-limited viewing of recorded calls.[1] The Premium tier adds the current PPSC course, updated as new curriculum is added, and live calls with the instructor team, with billing handled outside Skool.[1] Rusin's course site, painfreeperformance.co, says the self-paced course has six modules and 354 lectures with lifetime access to updates, plus two live calls a week for teaching and questions.[3] Topics include screens and assessments for choosing exercises, pain-free programming, what the site calls the language of trust, and the business of coaching.[3]

Rusin also wrote a book titled Pain-Free Performance, and painfreetraining.com lists further online courses in functional kettlebell training and pain-free mobility.[2] A private one-to-one business mentorship for coaches is available by application.[1] Painfreetraining.com states a no-refunds policy.[2]
