About Your First $10K | Real Estate

The group sits under the ChantzWorks wholesaling brand, whose YouTube channel follows a full-time wholesaler and points viewers to the community.[2] The brand's deals page lists the Skool group alongside a toolkit of calculators, seller scripts and contracts.[3] A separate paid program, the 16 Keys Closer Program, is sold by 16 Keys LLC under the name of Chantz Ireland and credited to @ChantzWorks.[4] It provides a CRM, scripts, calculators, and funding and disposition support, in tracks that each cover 60 days and then renew monthly unless cancelled.[4]
