Candor Investor Accelerator is a Skool community on buying, analysing and managing investment property, run by Andrew Bosco of Candor Investment Group.[1] It is aimed at new investors, active investors working on their next property, agents with investor clients and anyone building a portfolio.[1] Courses cover multifamily, house hacking, flips, rentals, lead generation and AI, alongside playbooks, calculators and deal-analysis tools.[1] The group also runs deal discussions, meetups, trainings and events.[1] New members start with an orientation, introduce themselves, pick a course, check the calendar and can bring deals to the Deal Desk for feedback.[1] A private Candor Agent Hub is reserved for agents and staff with Premium access.[1] The Skool group was created in October 2025.[1]
