About The Remedy Circle

Each week covers one remedy or emotional theme, with reflection prompts and simple practices.[1] Members also get a course on choosing remedies and monthly events such as live lessons, question-and-answer sessions and coffee hours.[1]

Michelle's site lists Bach Flower Remedies and face reading as the practice's main tools, within vibrational healing grounded in Stoic principles.[2] A YouTube channel explores what it calls the vibrational language of plants, drawing on Stoic philosophy, mysticism and ancient knowledge.[3] Bloom into Balance, launched in 2025, is a separate, pre-recorded course of six modules, meant to take about six weeks at one module a week, with access to live sessions for questions.[2][4] Its modules include The 38 Bach Flower Remedies and Alternative Ways for Choosing Remedies.[4] As of September 2026, the course cost €499 in full or two payments of €275.[4] Private coaching is sold separately as a 90-day programme of six private 90-minute Zoom sessions with a face reading, temperament analysis and written report, plus lifelong course access.[5] As of September 2026, the coaching programme cost €1800 and a single consultation cost €280.[5]

Bloom into Balance can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; after that, all sales are final.[4] The course site carries a disclaimer that reads "I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or healthcare provider" and describes its suggestions, remedies and advice as educational, adding that they should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.[4]
