Inside are step-by-step lessons on building a high-ticket agency, ready-made ad templates, automations and pitch decks, weekly live scrums with coaching, and real-time video chat support.[1] The program's site teaches what it calls the Ad Franchise model: build one ad system that performs, then rent it again and again to the same kind of business.[2] The team validates a niche with each member in the first week and builds assets alongside them, with coaching throughout.[2] The site says its four-week promise concerns building the agency model and learning the system, and is "not a guarantee of income or paying clients within four weeks."[2]

The site also advertises a free workshop with Sam Carlson and Agency Launch, an in-person event with no virtual option, capped at 40 people, whose pricing is not published.[2] In an April 2024 episode of The Agency Hour Podcast, Carlson described moving from running a digital agency to building UpHex, software for launching ads more quickly.[3]
