About Zero Down Academy

Mentorship runs through weekly live Zoom calls with Schmidt and the Zero Down Academy team, with step-by-step help speaking with sellers, making offers and structuring deals.[1] The group says membership includes five fresh seller leads a week at no additional cost, along with access to cash buyers nationwide for wholesale deals and retail buyers interested in creative-finance homes.[1] It takes no commission or percentage of members' deals.[1]

Schmidt also sells A1HQ Member Access on a1hq.community, a membership with Discord community access and an introductory video course in which Schmidt teaches wholesaling and creative finance, with 67 videos and over 16 hours of training.[3] That membership adds eight Zoom meetings a week with Schmidt and other community leaders, downloadable scripts, contracts and agreements, and a US national buyers list.[3] As of September 2026, A1HQ Member Access was a recurring subscription with a sale price of $50.[3] On YouTube, Schmidt posts educational videos and a view of the day-to-day of a serial entrepreneur.[2]
