About 3M Men

Its course, How To Win, is pitched as a way to rebuild mind, muscle and money so that men can lead themselves, their partners and their lives.[1] Dilling's Skool profile says the aim is to help men over 35 earn respect from their partners.[1]

A former CPA and clinical nutritionist, Dilling partners with The Wellness Way and runs both 3M Men and Radiate.[3] Her YouTube channel, Dana Disagrees, debates masculinity, femininity, politics, religion and money, and on one podcast she set out the 3M model for men next to a matching 3S model for women.[2][4]
