About MegtartALAK® Életmód Közösség

The current plan is a 30-day, simpler update of the group's 2020 diet, with separate versions for women and men, exact nutrient values and ingredients that are easy to buy.[1] It can be followed with or without meat and legumes, and it avoids gluten, dairy and eggs.[1] Members can also use earlier challenges, full meal plans, several hundred recipes and recorded talks, get daily online input from Szafira, and attend in-person meetups held regularly.[1][2]

Before this program, Szafira created the Szafi brand in 2014.[2][4] The terms allow orders only from adults aged 18 or over, handle cancellation of the monthly Skool subscription under Skool's own terms, and give no money-back guarantee on it.[3] The website states that the program is not medical treatment and does not take the place of a diagnosis, therapy or a health professional.[2]
