About Wall Street Rebel Free

Fund Launch started in 2019 and created the Investment Fund Secrets podcast, and in 2020 it set up its first Mastermind, aimed at fund managers who are emerging or aspiring.[3] The Wall Street Rebel name comes from an award the company introduced, linked to its stated mission of democratizing Wall Street.[3] It also runs Alt Street, a site offering free education on alternative investing, and Fund Launch 360, software for tracking investor relationships and fund operations.[3] Its Fund Launch AI product uses AI agents to draft the waterfall, sub docs, PPM, LPA, fund structure and pitch deck, and is paid for in credits.[2][4]

Fund Launch's website advises having a real attorney review the documents before anything goes to investors, and states that Fund Launch is not a broker-dealer, a law firm or a registered investment adviser and that nothing on the site is legal, tax or investment advice.[2]
