Business Insider reported that Schlessinger built the community because, as he notes, the trading lifestyle can be lonely, and that he primarily trades options on the same four tickers.[2] His strategy centres on 0DTE (zero days to expiration) options contracts, which the article calls a particularly high-risk options play.[2] He has spoken on a panel hosted by the retail trading platform MooMoo and WallStreetBets, and he has said that success in options and other trading comes from sticking to a plan and making moves without emotion.[2]
