Music Business Worldwide described Rebellion in October 2025 as a "viral marketing-driven independent label" whose strategy centres on TikTok virality and social engagement generated by users.[2] The label has previously formed a joint venture with 10K Projects and signed with Warner Chappell Music for publishing.[2]
Rebellion's roster includes Chris Grey, a singer who taught himself to produce and whose work is known for atmospheric production and dark romantic themes.[3] The Castle Never Falls, his first album, came out in 2024, and Music Business Worldwide reported that he was nominated for a JUNO Award in his first year with the label.[2][3]
