Rainmakers runs Rainmakers OS, a CRE deal management platform combining AI-powered underwriting of rent rolls and P&Ls, off-market property prospecting, a deal pipeline, a secure document vault and daily coaching.[2] Its AI works through signed deeds and mortgage documents to connect a commercial property owner to every entity tied to them.[2] A live coaching call runs at 11AM ET each weekday, covering market breakdowns, walkthroughs of underwriting, and questions from members.[2]
The free tier covers Discord community access and the training part of Rainmakers OS, Rainmakers Pro adds full underwriting, prospecting and daily coaching calls, and a further tier adds priority access and one-to-one coaching on deals.[2] Paid plans run month to month with no contracts.[2]
