About CFO Mastery

The program runs week by week, and members submit questions for a group call through a form on the company site.^[3] Its weekly topics move from the role and mindset of a fractional CFO through balance sheets and cash flow, forecasting and financial modelling, financing and lending, and profit levers and strategic planning.^[3] The later weeks deal with influence, communication and buy-in, then packaging and positioning a CFO offer.^[3]

Profit Surge Group works with practitioners whose clients include medical and dental practices, construction companies, law firms, eCommerce brands and med spas.^[4] Firms begin by applying for a call to plan a fractional CFO offer, and the site also advertises a beta AI CFO coaching program.^[4] On the podcast, Leikauf says he also owns Ecom Profit Group, and the host describes his coaching as building marketing funnels that bring in leads.^[2] Leikauf also appeared on The Ambitious Bookkeeper to discuss fractional CFO services and using Facebook ads to win clients.^[5] The company's other Whop products include a program for starting and growing a fractional CFO firm and the Ascend Mastermind.^[1]
