About Options Insider

Before each market open, the daily watchlist and key levels are posted to Discord.^[1] Desiano trades live on Zoom with full screen share on every market day except Wednesday, which is given over to group live trading.^[1] An education vault holds more than 65 structured lessons and over 50 hours of material, and members get direct access to three mentors.^[1] As of September 2026, The Insiders cost $199.99 a month, billed monthly and cancellable at any time.^[1]

Desiano also created LVLS, which posts hand-drawn key levels and supply and demand zones on NQ, ES, SPY, QQQ and more than 30 tickers every morning before the bell and pushes them to TradingView and thinkorswim charts.^[4] LVLS members get the full board plus one-click indicators that draw the levels on their own charts, and every Insiders member gets LVLS included.^[1]^[4] As of September 2026, LVLS had a free tier covering four tickers without the automated indicator, a $49.99 monthly plan, and a $199.00 monthly tier that adds live trading every market day.^[5]

LVLS pricing notes that cancelling ends a grandfathered price, so rejoining later means paying the rates of the day.^[5] Both the Options Insider and LVLS sites state that their content is educational and not financial advice.^[1]^[4]
