OmniFunds is built by Nirvana Systems, which Ed Downs established in 1987, and in March 2016 Downs and a team launched Intelligent Fund Management, LLC.^[1]^[4] Downs is CEO and founder, with Constantin Craus as Chief Technology Officer and Director of Development and Jeff Drake as Director of Trading Technology.^[4]
