The brand is operated by M.V.P Consulting Services, a Fort Lauderdale business giving advice and education to sports bettors, whose initials stand for Make Vegas Pay.[3][4] Its CEO and founder, Weiss, started M.V.P in 2021 and later rebranded it as Make Vegas Pay, after Las Vegas.[3] The company began with the NFL and covers all sports, focusing on live betting analysis, and Weiss specialises in live betting on NFL games.[3][4][5] Sport management and sport analytics students take internships and Capstone projects with the company.[3] Their work includes weekly NFL cheat sheets on point spread movement, injury news, positional matchups and player props for every game, which are then shared with clients.[3]

As of October 2026, its website listed a free Community Sport Picks plan with one free pick a week and Discord access, a Basic Monthly Package and a VIP Supermax Package.[5] In NFL season the main picks go out by email on Sundays between 12:00 and 12:30 EST, and live picks arrive by text message during games.[5] A YouTube channel under the Make Vegas Pay name promotes the brand's betting insights and Discord.[2]

The company states that it has no guarantees and encourages hedging and live betting instead, and its disclaimer reads: "M.V.P. Consulting does not guarantee winnings and cannot be held liable for losses resulting from the use of information obtained from here."[5] M.V.P Consulting provides no bookmaking services or gambling on its website.[5]
