The Quantum Cipher site describes an application-only program built on one system worked one day a week: plan, pre-position and walk away.[2] It teaches a full swing-trading curriculum across crypto, forex, stocks and commodities, for trading a personal account or getting funded by prop firms.[2] Membership brings a report each week, two live calls with mentors every month, and a group of fellow traders who all follow the same playbook.[2]

Quantum Cipher describes itself as educational: it teaches a system, but it neither manages anyone's money nor gives personalized investment advice.[2] Its disclosure states: "Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone.
