About Hostage Tape

The product is a skin-safe sleep tape that keeps the lips gently sealed so the wearer breathes through the nose overnight.[2][3] It is built with what the brand calls BeardFlex and AirFlow technology, aimed at bearded men.[2] The brand also sells Hostage Nose Strips to pair with the tape.[2] As of September 2026, a 30-night pack of 30 pieces cost $24.95.[2]

The website offers a full refund within 30 nights, along with worldwide shipping and subscription options for regular use.[2][3] Its FAQ states that CPAP is the standard treatment for obstructive sleep apnea and that Hostage Tape is not a replacement for it.[3] It advises first making sure the nose breathes comfortably, then trying the tape on clean, dry lips during a short nap before using it overnight.[3]
