The Pro plan includes full access to the Buy Box Cartel software, live mentorship and coaching, the member community and the member tool suite.^[2] The amount of live teaching is stated three ways: at least eight hours of class daily on the Whop listing, 15 hours a week of live coaching on the HMHW home page, and 20+ hours a week on its pricing page.^[1]^[2]^[3] As of September 2026, the other plans were Lite at $9.99 a month, VIP at $39.99 a month with expanded access beyond Pro, and Obsidian, a high-touch membership, at $399 a month.^[2] Public deal calculators for Fix & Flip, Section 8, Seller Finance, Mortgage Takeover / Subject-To and Offer Oven / MAO are free, along with the blog and the Learn guides.^[2]^[3]
