About ecomtalent
The program has more than 20 hours of beginner-level training on making ads, with action items for practice and a Discord community where members send work for feedback.[1] The membership also covers every ad format through practical assignments, AI tools for generating images, video and copy, a creative strategy system, templates, and weekly group coaching calls.[2] Through a program called Ad Bounties, ecommerce brands inside the community post briefs, and members pick a brand, make an ad from its brief and submit it.[1] Brand owners also post opportunities in the private community for members with the relevant skills.[2]
As of September 2026, a separate tier called ecomtalent for Brands cost $997 a month and added monthly 1-on-1 strategy sessions, direct access to Karlo through a private channel, and ad review and optimization by Karlo.[2]
