About Count On Sheep Celsius Loss

Count On Sheep says a licensed CPA and former Big 4 accountants built the course, and that it takes Celsius account holders step by step through the recovery distribution, their losses and how to report them for tax.[1] Its nine modules include working out the real loss once the partial recovery, paid in BTC, ETH and stock, is taken into account, how that loss carries line by line onto IRS forms such as Schedule D, and what to give a preparer who lacks a crypto background.[1] The Whop page's FAQ covers access to a Discord server and personalised help with a claim.[2]

Count On Sheep also offers bankruptcy claim reconciliation for Celsius, FTX, BlockFi and other similar cases, billed by the hour instead of as fixed packages.[3] The company states that it provides data reconciliation, and that it neither prepares nor files tax returns and gives no accounting, legal or tax advice.[3]
