About Clip Smart

ClipSmart runs creator campaigns for brands that are paid for by the view, and its creators make their own short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.[1][3] The agency names music artists, e-commerce brands and podcasters as its clients and describes a network of more than 80,000 creators.[1][3] ClipSmart handles every relationship with the creators in its network, and it alone is responsible for contracting with them, paying them and keeping their content compliant.[3]

Brands book campaigns through clipsmart.co.uk and pay only for views actually delivered.[1] Brand clients do not contract with individual creators, and for 12 months after a campaign ends they are barred from reaching out to, bargaining with or hiring ClipSmart creators directly.[3] A brand whose campaign falls short of the minimum view count agreed in its brief can have its whole campaign spend refunded, provided it asks no later than 14 days after the campaign ends.[3]
