About Wealth Masterminds Academy

Members get bi-weekly live coaching calls with Barnes or another coach, plus lessons on underwriting deals, moving from single-family homes to small apartment complexes, and renting through government programs such as Section 8 and HUD-VASH.^[2] The academy's site adds BRRRR and fix-and-flip training, investor tools such as sample contracts, a deal analyzer, leases and rehab budgets, a 24/7 community chat and monthly hot seats with real deal breakdowns.^[1]^[2]

Barnes began his career in corporate America in 2003, and his own site presents him as a real estate investor with a background in data science.^[3]^[4] That site sells The Landlord Emergency Playbook, a Section 8 guide for landlords and masterclasses on Section 8, property management and multifamily properties.^[4]^[5]
