About Virtual Assistant Academy

The academy is one of three community layers at the company, next to the Free You Up Community and a global giving program linked to each partnership.^[1] The company places medical reception, verification and authorization, medical billing, administrative support and credentialing specialists.^[1] Its chief operating officer is Tanya Ianozzi.^[2]
