About Fat Burning Ninjas

The core of the programme is daily workouts that are short and intense and scaled to each member's fitness level.[1] The programme's website lists more than 500 five-minute workouts that need no equipment, along with a 10 Week Warrior Workout Program.[2][3] Meal plans include an original fat-burning plan, with fast-food and vegetarian versions sold as add-ons.[2] Members can join a monthly live video event with Master Shredder to share progress and ask questions, and a Ninja of the Week challenge runs every week.[3] The listing presents the community as a way to keep members motivated and on track.[1]

The website offers a seven-day free trial at checkout; a credit card is requested, but nothing is charged during the trial, and the subscription can be cancelled at any time.[2]
