Members get live virtual events with Bilyeu, live workshops with Bilyeu's team and a bootcamp designed to start a business in four weeks.[1] Bonus courses include Jaspreet Singh's Finance 101: Smart Money Move For Entrepreneurs and AI Advantage: ChatGPT Prompts for Entrepreneurs.[1] The program page sets out a four-step path: clarity on the business, proving that people want what is being sold, getting visible, and a personalised founder path.[2] Its modules include a 30-Day Launch Formula, Mindset Calibration, a Messaging Sprint Lab and a Marketing & Sales Builder, alongside custom-built AI tools.[2] As of September 2026, the Zero to Founder page listed membership at $119 a month, with no long-term lock-in and cancellation at any time.[2]

Bilyeu founded Impact Theory, which states its mission as positively impacting lives through storytelling.[3] The company produces courses, podcasts, comics and video games, and its Impact Theory University sells mindset and business courses.[3] Impact Theory's website describes Bilyeu as a filmmaker and award-winning screenwriter.[3]
