About Tminus365

Each month members get live sessions, curated resources and peer conversation among practitioners.[1] Topics include measuring outcomes from AI and building long-term client relationships.[1]

Ross is CEO and co-founder of CloudCapsule, an MSP-focused security platform that automates Microsoft 365 security assessments mapped to frameworks such as CIS and NIST, and he is a Microsoft MVP.[2][4] He previously worked at two MSPs as VP of Product and CTO, and spent a significant part of his career at the cloud distributor Pax8.[3] T-Minus 365 also runs a YouTube channel, a weekly security newsletter, one-on-one consulting and courses including Master Microsoft Copilot and Learning Microsoft Intune 2024.[2][3][4] As of September 2026, the site sold separate month-to-month content and consulting plans, cancellable anytime: Pro at $100, Premium at $500 and Premium Plus at $1000 a month.[2] In June 2026, Ross discussed his path from Pax8 and the YouTube channel to building CloudCapsule on episode 1023 of an IT business podcast.[4]
