The Strongman Club is a Skool community for strength athletes, from novices entering a first contest to those aiming at national competition and beyond.[1] Its focus covers strength, nutrition, mobility and mindset.[1] Members get accountability and clarity programs for setting goals and daily execution, plus courses and tutorials on lifts, events, nutrition, mobility and mindset.[1] Training programs are offered for the off-season, for specific lifts and for contest preparation, alongside guides and other resources.[1] The community also runs bonus sessions and giveaways.[1] It was created in September 2024.[1]
