About The Private Cast

The group presents its material as knowledge that public education overlooks, and lists topics including private laws, trust structures and breaking free from the limits of conventional education.[1] The owner's bio adds private business life, the difference between tax avoidance and evasion, and trustee operations.[1]

Kilam's website promotes Don Kilam University, which it calls an online school.[3] In September 2026 the site promoted For Your Eyes Only, a two-day live seminar and private trustee masterclass in Buckhead, GA, covering private trusts and unincorporated associations.[3] Kilam's YouTube channel describes a music career as an artist and producer, beginning with a first official song, "Dreams Obey Narrators", in 2019, and says Kilam is the author of over 60 titles, including "Trusting Yourself".[4] The CEO Times profile also mentions a separate online community run by Kilam, DK's Private Circle.[2]

The website states that all purchases and sales are final, that DON KILAM DOT COM and its principal agents take no personal responsibility for refunds, and that buyers waive the right to a class action suit against it.[3]
