The Meditation Community is a Skool group built around making meditation a regular part of life, with daily live guidance and a community of fellow practitioners.^[1] The teaching, described as simple and practical, covers releasing physical tension, calming mental activity and regulating stress, as well as setting up the right conditions for meditation.^[1] Membership includes several live meditation sessions each day, guided practices and recorded teachings, and self-paced courses.^[1] The group teaches a five-step method called Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation.^[1] Guidance comes from Ian Gawler together with other meditation teachers.^[1] No previous experience is needed to take part.^[1] The group was created in May 2025.^[1]
