About Posture Dojo for Scoliosis
Members learn what the group calls Scientific & Somatic Posturemaxxing Methods, ordered as safety first, sensory recalibration second and motor change third.[1] The approach rules out bracing, forcing and outside-in corrections, and stresses awareness, breath and consistency.[1] Live sessions run every week, with onboarding, Q&A and then group practice, at 9am ET on Tue and 6pm PT on Thu.[1]
The group is promoted on a YouTube channel signed Sam - The Flow Wolf, which invites viewers to join the virtual Posture Dojo.[2] The channel addresses people with forward neck posture, scoliosis, kyphosis or lordosis, and promotes a program called Height Maximus.[2]
