A review on the numbers, not an opinion: nobody here has joined The Menopause Revival, and nothing below is a verdict.

The Menopause Revival is a Skool community for women going through menopause who do not feel like themselves and want to understand what is behind how they feel.[1] Its teaching follows The Wild Way, an approach covering metabolic health, nervous system regulation, ancestral nutrition, sleep and other factors in women's health in midlife.[1] The group was created in August 2025.[1]
