About The Lean Habits Lab

Members learn to eat for energy, body composition and long-term health without fixating on food, and to train using strength and conditioning principles.[1] The group also teaches behaviour change tools for building habits, runs free pop-up challenges, and offers short coaching, Q&As and advice from Wescombe herself.[1]

In an August 2025 podcast episode titled "Normal" Eating + Challenging Fitness Dogma, host Theresa Piela introduced Wescombe as a women's physique specialist and behaviour change expert.[2] The episode presents her approach as teaching women to read their hunger and fullness cues instead of tracking macros, and covers her move from CrossFit into coaching.[2]
