About The Land Lab

The system teaches how to find, acquire and flip land, with modules on market selection, a trust-first outreach system, funding deals with zero capital, and due diligence and closing.^[2] The funding model it teaches uses joint-venture (JV) partners who bring the capital while the member brings the deal.^[2] The group says the approach takes execution, and the offer includes a 1-on-1 implementation call with Weiler.^[1]^[2]

As of September 2026, Weiler's website sold the full system for $27, and says a first round of marketing to reach motivated sellers usually needs $3,000 to $5,000.^[2] The site states that the education and training is not to be taken as financial or business advice, that results are not guaranteed, and that "Stated results are not typical and there is no guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results."^[2]
